1. What is LifeCourse® Wellness?
LifeCourse Wellness® is a complete wellbeing platform with digital tools and programs that support you step by step. We help you find balance in your mind, body, life, relationships, and personal growth.

2. Is LifeCourse® a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
No. LifeCourse® offers tools for personal growth and emotional support but isn’t a replacement for licensed therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. For clinical help, please see a licensed professional.

3. What types of resources are available?
Self-guided digital workbooks (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, emotional regulation, etc.)
Skill-building tools (reflection prompts, mood tracking, guided practices)
Lifestyle and wellness challenges (habits, routines, movement, and breathwork)
Affiliate wellness resources through trusted partners (comfrt.com, Amazon, etc).

4. Are the services free or paid?
Some resources are free, while premium features (expanded toolkits, specialized workbooks, and store products) may require a subscription or purchase.

5. Do I need insurance to use LifeCourse®?
No. LifeCourse® is an out-of-pocket resource. We do not bill insurance, making it accessible to anyone regardless of coverage.

6. Can teens or young adults use LifeCourse®?
Yes. Many of our tools are designed for teens and young adults, but users under 18 should access LifeCourse® with parent or guardian supervision.

8. Are LifeCourse® resources confidential?
Most of our support is confidential to protect your privacy. Your data is always kept secure. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. LifeCourse isn’t responsible for any info shared if you don’t take precautions. Staying vigilant helps keep our community safe and trustworthy.

9. Does LifeCourse® provide crisis support?
Not at this time! LifeCourse® does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in crisis, please call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. For mental health emergencies, you can also call or text 988 (US) to connect with the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

10. What’s a common misconception about LifeCourse®?
Some people assume LifeCourse® is 1:1 therapy practice in its entirety — it is not.
LifeCourse® is about wellbeing education, tools, and lifestyle support, counseling services (once paid for).
We empower individuals to take charge of their growth, but we do not provide direct clinical services (at this time).
